Agreement
By using StreetwearX (the “Store”), operated by Christian Gjelstrup (“Operator”), these terms apply. For questions regarding these terms, please contact hi@christian-gjelstrup.com.
Demo Nature
The Store is primarily provided as a demonstration. Products, prices, descriptions, and stock levels may contain sample data and may not represent actual items for sale.
Unless clearly stated otherwise within a specific purchase flow, browsing the Store does not create an obligation to sell any product.
If a real purchase option is enabled, including test or live Stripe checkout, the order confirmation and any mandatory pre-contract information presented during checkout will also apply to that transaction.
Accounts
Where accounts are available, users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.
The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Store or negatively affect its security, performance, or stability.
Orders & Payment
Prices are displayed in the selected currency.
Unless otherwise stated, amounts shown during checkout include any applicable tax treatment indicated at that time.
Payments are processed through Stripe. An order is considered accepted when confirmation is displayed on-screen, sent by email, or otherwise indicated during checkout.
Shipping
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout once a delivery address has been provided.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Returns
For demonstration or sample catalogues, returns may be limited or unavailable.
Where applicable consumer protection laws provide a right of withdrawal for a real distance sale, that right shall apply as required by law. Please contact hi@christian-gjelstrup.com for return instructions.
Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Store.
- Access the Store through abusive automated means.
- Scrape content at excessive volume.
- Use the Store for unlawful activities or content.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or other users.
Intellectual Property
The Store design, branding, software, images, text, and other content are owned by the Operator or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Third-party trademarks, product names, or brand references may appear solely for demonstration purposes.
No part of the Store or platform may be copied, reproduced, or used to create competing products without prior permission.
Availability
The Store is provided on an “as is” basis.
Demonstration environments may be modified, reset, restricted, or taken offline at any time without prior notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Use of demonstration data.
- Temporary unavailability of the Store.
- Reliance on sample products, descriptions, or catalogue content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or other mandatory legal obligations.
Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the user's country of residence.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes become effective when a revised version is published on this page.
